Connecting Faith 5-24-18 | Immigration Series Part 4 | Matthew Soerens on Immigration Legislation

In the news for prayer today, Ireland is holding a national referendum vote on abortion, progress towards the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula has stalled with the cancellation of the planned summit between the US and North Korea, and a judge in California ruled that a baker does not have to bake a cake that celebrates a same-sex wedding.

In part 4 of our immigration series, Matthew Soerens, US Director of Church Mobilization for World Relief, discussed the inadequacy of our current laws and brought us up to date on the current attempt to resolve the situation for dreamers in addition to the last time there was a good faith effort towards comprehensive immigration reform.
