Impeachment inquiry day 2 | How visiting Israel can change the way you read the Bible and see the world

Carmen and Ben Johnson from the Acton Institute discuss the fast moving impeachment inquiry story unfolding in Washington. At the time of the show, the transcript of President Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky was available but the whistleblower report had not yet been publicly posted.  Carmen and Ben confine their conversation to that which is known, define terms and discuss the national security implications of exposing conversations the President has with other foreign leaders.  More on this tomorrow… is a great opportunity for Christian college students to visit the Holy Land and learn about the history, culture and challenges of the Israel. Two Passages participants who each also returned to Israel with Passages to lead worship on subsequent trips joined Carmen to talk about their experiences. Carter Crossett and Scott Apple share how visiting Israel has changed how they read the Bible and how they engage the geo-political and religious conversations of the day.
