Louisville | Capitol Hill Baptist church sues city of D.C. | Dying wishes | Convoy of Hope reports from the front lines
After surveying the situation in Louisville, Carmen calls us to pray for peace and work for justice, with a genuine concern for the truth.
Ben Johnson from Acton.org joins Carmen for their weekly conversation. Today they discuss the suit filed by Capitol Hill Baptist Church against the city of D.C. over restrictions related to Covid19. A few thoughts: have you ever considered yourself, as a church member, essential personnel? They also discussed the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, dying wishes and why the empty seat we should be concerned with isn’t the one on the Supreme Court.
In the second half, Carmen talks with Kregg Hood, Senior VP and COO of Convoy of Hope. They survey the various places where Convoy is currently deployed in what has become a record breaking year for disasters.
