Preparing in prayer with Kathy Branzell | MinistrySafe with Kimberlee Norris

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s department responded to reports of a residential fire at 2:41 a.m. on Saturday, October 5. Deputies were unable to enter the house due to the severity of the flames. The structure was completely engulfed. When Forsyth County firefighters arrived, they found siblings Shaun (12) and Morgan (9) deceased upstairs. The only survivor: their mom, Robin.

Robin’s cousin, Kathy, could hardly understand her mom over the phone. The grief and panic in her voice distorted everything. Kathy Branzell took that call. This story is her family’s tragedy. And she shares with us how a lifetime of preparing in prayer is enabling her to walk by faith even in the midst of this.
