AOC: The GOP only every invokes “Religious Freedom” when it wants to justify hate
I don’t often send you to The Friendly Atheist website but knowing what those who oppose the faith are saying about people of faith and how they’re interpreting the news of the day can be very instructive for conversational apologetics. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez used time during a hearing on healthcare access to talk about faith, her faith, what she regards as holy, even as she offered a blistering critique of those who might see things differently. You can Google “AOC religious freedom” for a full menu of outlets covering this story, but if you read it the viewpoint of atheists you might be led to develop talking points for the conversations of the day.
