We talk through several big foreign policy stories with Senator James Lankford (R-OK), including Syria, Russia, and American mission Andrew Brunson, who is currently held in Turkey without charge. Among his other committee assignments, Lankford serves on the Senate Committees on Intelligence and Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.  Plus, before he was “Senator,” he ran the largest Christian youth camp in the US. Lankford shares how he made the transition from youth minister to the political arena and why it really isn’t all that different.
